Presenter's Biography:

Dr. Gabriel Hung is a psychiatrist in private practice and an Honorary Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Hong Kong. He is also a Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong and previously trained in a large international law firm.

He has a wide clinical practice encompassing child, adult and old age psychiatry with an emphasis on medico-legal issues. He has a particular interest in mental capacity and has given expert evidence in contentious cases. He has also given talks on mental capacity assessment at the Law Society of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation which were very well received.

Enzo WH Chow was formerly a solicitor and working as a Government Counsel with the Department of Justice, specialized in civil litigation (including a wide range of land disputes involving the Government, tax cases, mental health cases, and public law family cases). He left the Department of Justice and became a barrister in 2006. Enzo has been a contributing editor to the Hong Kong Civil Procedure (the Whitebook) since the publication.
