Objective:

The Court of Appeal commented "In view of the importance that the Court attaches to a will which has been executed before a solicitor in this way, proper groundwork should be undertaken by the solicitor who is charged with this task…".

With the aim to minimize the associated risks in the preparation and execution of wills, the speaker delivered the course "Wills and Probate: Common Local & Foreign Issues" to legal practitioners which was well-attended. This course will reiterate the common pitfalls and offer practical strategies for mitigating risks in the preparation and execution of wills with the illustration of more selected court cases.

In this context, the speaker will address foreign issues, as our clients are increasingly mobile these days.
