Presenter's Biography:

Stephen Wong, partner of DLA Piper Hong Kong, is a graduate from the Law Faculty of the University of Hong Kong. He spent over 8 years working in the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Futures Commission. He is experienced in handling complex commercial crimes, including market manipulation, insider dealing and fraud.
